[Limelight] Vision Swap Sign-Ups

Please fill out the following form for each participating character:

<strong>Name:</strong> <strong>Family:</strong> <strong>Recipient Request:</strong> This can be specific characters or Families. I will do my absolute best to honor all requests when doing match-ups, but this is not guaranteed. If requesting specific characters, please list at least 3. If requesting specific Families, please list at least 2.

Sign-ups close 11/4 11:59pm EST.

Dropping out - If you need to drop your sign-up for whatever reason, let me know as soon as possible so I can make sure your recipient will still receive a vision.

Late sign-up - If you want to sign-up after 11/2, feel free to toss a late sign-up here. If I get enough I'll work something out. But bear in mind that assignments will likely be completely randomized, and you probably won't know your recipient until very close to the event start and have less time to prepare a vision.
